Our agency was founded by my husband and myself 9 years ago. The first years we shared the work together, and ever since we have traveled with our children in all corners of Costa Rica to develop exciting travel ideas for our customers!

Thanks to many happy customers who recommend us and the first-class cooperation with local suppliers, we have grown steadily ever since. We love Costa Rica and our work, and this passion determines our actions as the base for a multitude of Costa Rican travelers.

Currently, our team consists of 12 international and highly motivated local experts who dedicate themselves with great passion to our dream.
Our strength lies in the individually tailored programs developed by our travel professionals, offered at fair prices. When selecting our suppliers, we place particular value on choosing Costa Rican small businesses, thus contributing positively to the development of individual regions and, among other things, creating more jobs for the local population.

Our agency specializes in family travel and because of our selected child-friendly activities and accommodation, a travel pace tailored to different age groups, and our special focus on safety. Whether alone, with family or in a group, we create for you an individual and varied travel program within Costa Rica and the neighboring Latin American countries. As well, customer service and customer satisfaction are always our top priorities. We value details and our goal is to create unique travel experiences for our customers! Hope to hear from you soon!

    Best parts:
We really enjoyed our trip. For the most part, it was exactly what we were looking for. It was well paced for us because we got to spend enough time in places to experience the area and the people but moved around enough to get to see most of the important places. We were impressed with most the the places we stayed. We especially liked the El Encanto in Cahuita. It was not only the accommodations, but the young man that we dealt with every day was wonderful. We also loved Christopher who was managing the Turtle Inn. He was the best.
    Worst parts:
We were disappointed that we did not actually meet anyone from Evaneos or your Costa Rica counterparts. When there was a problem, we had no real way to contact anyone because it was either a weekend or after 5 when we had problems. For example, while in Cahuita, we were suppose to take a tour of the Park, but when you book the tour, you put down the right day, but you put the year as 2019. Fortunately, the people at El Encanto handled it for us. Our least favorite place to stay was Casa Luna in Monteverdi. They were the least friendly and least helpful of all the places we stayed. They were also the only place that did not have drinking water available all day long. The interbus was a bit nerve racking for me because I am claustrophobic and the buses were packed in to the point of becoming really uncomfortable for me.
    Summary:
We loved the outdoors and the flora and fauna of the country along with the beautiful scenery. The people were amazing and the weather was perfect.

I am really happy to know, that you truly enjoyed your vacation! I am very thankful for the detailed description of all the great parts of the trip and of course I appreciate receiving your input what refers to the services which did not completely meet your expectations! We will take into consideration to meet our customers when they are here, I sent an email when you was here but maybe a phone call or fast visit will be better. Regarding our contact when it is a problem we have a 24/7 cellphone number that it is indicated in our welcome email and our welcome letter as well that every customer received. Please let me know If the hotel that you like least was Casa Luna located in Arenal or the hotel that is located in Monteverde called Cloud Forest Lodge? It is very important to us inform to our supplier about this comments. We constantly seek to improve and this kind of feedback helps us to make decisions about which lodge to use or what tours to promote. You can be sure that I will take action where needed and once again your observations and constructive criticism is highly appreciated! ViviSee more

    Best parts:
Turtles nesting and babies being released, Dolphin trip. Night walk, canopy walk and lava trail. Coffee plantation, poas volcano and la Paz waterfall's and gardens. Sloths
    Worst parts:
Amount of time spent traveling on mini buses. Journey to Cahuita and then not much to see for journey time, would leave it out in hindsight. Baldi Hotspur HS and dinner overpriced and to commercial. Not a lot to see in San Jose and traffic is awful.
    Summary:
Through research, books and TV programs. Seeing the wildlife and how green the country is. But seeing baby turtles run to water and adult lay her eggs was the best bit. But seeing baby turtles run to water and adult lay her eggs was the best bit. Hummingbirds were amazing along with dolphins. Then frogs, tarantula's, sloth's and so much more. Night walk was really good and the 2 other walks I did were good, one lava trail and the other canopy walk.See more
