Day 1: Welcome to Montevideo

Welcome by our guide at Montevideo airport and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, have a break to the famous Winery thirty minutes from Montevideo and visit a boutique winery with its unique classic Cars Museum. Get the opportunity to taste the different wines from the cellar in one of the most prestigious wineries in Uruguay rewarded with over 75 awards and medals at international level. Night in Montevideo.

Day 2: Guided Visit of Montevideo

After breakfast, our English Speaking guide will take you around to the most emblematic places of Montevideo, Capital of Republic Oriental del Uruguay as the Legislative Palace, Avenida 18 de Julio, the Centenario stadium or the Prado Park. You will also walk along the famous Rambla de Montevideo along the coast. Take a break for lunch at The Mercado Del Puerto, the typical place to eat the specialties of Montevideo as the famous Asado. After the tour, head back to the hotel in Montevideo.

Day 3: The Historic City of Colonia del Sacramento

Hit the road to the West and visit the historic city of Colonia del Sacramento declared UNESCO world heritage and founded by the Portuguese empire over more than 300 years ago, “the Apple of discord” between Portugal and Spain in 1777.

When visiting this charming town, pass through the famous "Calle de los Suspiros" (Street of Sighs), Church of the Blessed Sacrament, San Pedro Bastion and the lighthouse where you can admire the entire city. Then we will take the Coastal Road (Rambla Costanera) to go to the Real San Carlos (former Bullring), the Church of San Benito, and the port. Free Afternoon at leisure.

Day 4: The Rural Estancia

Drive in the morning to the Estancia Rural, an amazing ranch where you will enjoy comfortable facilities in the Uruguayan countryside. Housed in full board, various activities are offered as a horseback riding to the Sierra de Mahoma. Take time to enjoy the wine tasting of this local producer while visiting the vineyards of the thousand hectare property.

Day 5: Piriapolis and Punta del Este

After breakfast, you will head to the South-East to one of the most beautiful seaside resorts of Uruguay called Piriapolis. Then hit the road along the cost to Punta Del Este and visit the highlight such as the famous "Casa Pueblo" by the artist Carlos Páez Vilaró (entrance not included), the historic district of Punta Del Este, our Lady of Candelaria, the lighthouse, the monument to "Los Dedos" or the RALLI museum and much more. Night in Punta del Este.

Day 6: The Hills of Minas

Spend the day in Minas Valleys by yourself. Visit the region of Lavalleja, 80 kilometers from Punta del Este. Nature and outdoors lovers will enjoy a long walking in the hills of Minas. Night in Punta del Este.

Day 7: Colinas de Garzon and José Ignacio

Spend the day at José Ignacio and Laguna Garzón. José Ignacio is a selective resort located 35 km from Punta Del Este. This small village is considered as the "Latino Saint Tropez" in the Southern hemisphere, with two natural bays on each side. This peninsula is 2 km long, 800 meters wide and has two beautiful beaches: Playa Mansa at East and Playa Brava at West.

Then visit of Colinas de Garzón and the winery with olive oil and wine tasting (not included – optional). If you love the unique landscapes and new sensations, if you want to taste different types of extra virgin oliveoils and taste wines of great quality, this will be an unforgettable experience! Night in Punta del Este.

Day 8: Ecological Reserve of Cabo Polonio and Sea Lions Watching

Drive to Cabo Polonio (visit by yourself). The ecological reserve is located on the Atlantic coast in the department of Rocha. The whole area is protected and access is not allowed to private vehicles due to the absence of road. The access to the reserve (payable locally) is carried out in terrain truck specially designed to be able to circulate in the dunes and sandbanks. Night in La Paloma.

Day 9: Punta del Diablo and Valizas

Road to Valizas and Punta del Diablo. In Eastern direction you will make a first stop in the village of Valizas right after Cabo Polonio to admire its famous sand dunes and to enjoy a horse back riding on the beach. Then continue to the fishing village of Punta del Diablo and explore its many restaurants for lunch and beaches to relax before returning to La Paloma.

Day 10: Santa Teresa Park

This day is dedicated to the visit of Santa Teresa, with its reserves of native animals, Flower Park and fortress full of history. Night in La Paloma.

Day 11: End of Your Journey

Return the rented vehicle at the airport before taking your plane back home.
